About Apex Crane Service

Apex Crane Service ("ACS") provides crane services, crane barge rental, manpower and crew services, and project management & consulting for industrial, infrastructure, energy, renewables, and marine clients across North America.

Service Contracts Control All Work

All crane services, equipment rental, manpower, and consulting work performed by ACS are governed by a separate written contract signed between ACS and the client for each project. The terms of those contracts — including pricing, scope of work, schedule, insurance, indemnification, allocation of risk, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law — control any work ACS performs and supersede any general statements made on this website or in marketing materials.

Quotes, Lift Plans, and Proposals

Written quotes, lift plans, engineered studies, and proposals provided by ACS describe potential work and pricing but are not binding contracts until accepted in writing by both parties. Verbal estimates, conversations, or representations are not contracts and are not binding. Pricing, availability, and scope are subject to change until confirmed in a signed contract.

Insurance and Certifications

ACS maintains the insurance coverage required for the work it performs, including general liability and coverage applicable to crane and rigging operations. Specific certificates of insurance, equipment certifications, and operator credentials are available upon request to active and prospective clients.

Safety and Compliance

ACS is committed to safe operations and operates in accordance with applicable OSHA, USCG, and industry standards for the work performed. Project-specific safety requirements, hazard analyses, and lift plans are addressed in the applicable service contract.
