We take custody at the port, rail siding or gate and keep it until the component is set on its foundation. One certificate of insurance, one schedule, one call.
What happens
Our cranes and crews take delivery at port, rail siding or our yard. Every component is inspected against the packing list and photo-documented before the carrier leaves.

Time-stamped photo condition report and signed receiving record — in your inbox the same day.
Risk that dies here
Concealed transit damage. Damage found now is the carrier's claim. Damage found at the site six months later is yours — unless someone documented arrival. We do.
What happens
Components go onto engineered laydown — Gulf Coast or DFW — with dunnage, weather protection where the spec calls for it, and every serial number logged.
What you receive
A live inventory manifest: what's on hand, where it sits, and its condition — available on request at any point in storage.
Risk that dies here
Lost and mis-stored components. A BESS container parked in the wrong row costs you a crew standing around. Serial-level tracking means the right unit ships the first time.
What happens
As your erection schedule firms up, we sequence loads to match it — nothing lands on site before you're ready for it, nothing arrives out of order.
What you receive
A staged load-out plan tied to your construction schedule, updated when your schedule moves — because it will.
Risk that dies here
Site congestion and re-handling. Every component set down twice is paid for twice. Sequencing off your schedule means it's touched once.
What happens
Rail-to-truck, port-to-truck or yard-to-trailer — our crews handle rigging and securement, and we coordinate permits, escorts and routing for the heavy haul to site.
What you receive
Securement documentation and the full permit package — you never chase a state DOT office.
Risk that dies here
The freight-claim dead zone. When the yard blames the hauler and the hauler blames the yard, you pay. Same company on both ends of the lift — there is no one to blame but us, so nothing to dispute.
What happens
Components arrive in the order your schedule calls for, on the date your crew is ready to receive them — just-in-time, not just-whenever.
What you receive
Signed proof of delivery reconciled against the original receiving report — same photos, same serial numbers, closed loop.
Risk that dies here
Schedule slip from missed windows. A crane crew waiting on a late transformer burns thousands an hour. Delivery is driven by your erection calendar, not a dispatcher's convenience.
What happens
The part every other logistics provider hands off: our NCCCO operators and cranes receive the load at site and set it on the foundation. Custody ends where the project begins.
What you receive
Lift completion record closing the chain — fabricator to foundation, one paper trail, one company signed to all of it.
Risk that dies here
The final handoff. A 3PL's liability ends at the truck gate — the riskiest hundred feet of the journey is someone else's problem. Ours ends when the component is set. That's the difference a crane company's yard makes.
